Please list any animals previously owned (other than fish, rodents, and reptiles) and describe what happened to them. Animal/breed, how long you have owned the animal(s), age, gender and if they are spayed/neutered, and if vaccines are up to date.

Cleaning the Rescue Room: Duties may include, but are not limited to any of the following items. Would you be willing to: Empty, Bleach and scrub the litter boxes. Feeding and watering the animals. Emptying the trash. Sweeping the Rescue Room.

Socializing the animals: Are you willing to spend time walking Dogs and playing with the Cats and Dogs and socializing them with other animals. If so how many days a week and hours per day could you volunteer.

Transporting Cats/Dogs to and from appointments: How many days a week and hours per day could you volunteer? Do you have size restrictions for your vehicle?

Fostering: An aditional foster application must be summited. Would you like to foster a Cat or Dog
