Ariel
Ariel is a female Chihuahua Terrier Mix about 2 years old. She is very sweet and does great with other dogs. Ariel weighs about 12 pounds. She is crate trained and does great with bath and nails. Kodiak is a stunning Black Lab boy who loves to play. He likes water, playing with other dogs, rides great in the car, and is fully vetted. He is only 7 mths old so he is still a puppy. Lex
Lex is a male Husky Lab who was born 2/25. He came to rescue from a hoarding/breeder situation. He has been to the vet, gotten bloodwork, vaccines, microchip, poop check/dewormer, etc. He is eating Purina Pro Plan, loves playing in the water and with other dogs. He is crate trained, rides great in the car , and walks great on leash. He currently weighs about 25 pounds. Mora
Mora is a sweet, loyal, and affectionate Min Pin Mix who loves belly rubs, toys, and long naps in the sun after some window watching. She bonds deeply with her people and thrives on snuggles and treats! She loves going for walks and exploring the outside. She would be best in an active home that will take her exploring, or at a minimum, someone with a fenced back yard that she can freely explore. Like many dogs, Mora takes mealtime seriously — she prefers to enjoy her food without interruptions. She may growl if another animal approaches her while she eats, but this is easily managed by placing her food in a quiet location without other pets. Outside of mealtime, shes a total lovebug who wants nothing more than to be by your side and follow you everywhere. She has a love of all humans big and small and is extremely tolerant and patient with the smallest of humans as they try to navigate their new worlds with pets and people. One of Mora’s favorite activities when she isn’t outside is to play tug of war with the other animals in the home. She is great with other dogs, big and small. Cats aren’t her favorite, and she will quickly chase them out of the room. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, great love for babies, adults and everything in between, Mora might just be your perfect match! She is being fostered in Newport News. Cheese is a 1 year old Lab Golden Retriever who just wants love and you guessed it- cheese. She is good with other non confrontational dogs. She is crate trained. Ruger
Ruger is a 2-3 year old neutered Husky who came to rescue after being kept in a very small cage out in the freezing temperatures. He has been such a good boy with us. He is now vet checked, vaccinated, heartworm negative, on mthly preventativesmicrochipped etc. Ruger has been professionally groomed where he had to be shaved down due to severe matting. Stella is a sweet 1 year old Chihuahua girl who came to rescue very fearful. She is learning that nobody should hurt her and that she is loved. She is learning to trust and over come head shy and fear. She is housebroken, likes cuddles and will give kisses. Stella is only about 7-8 pounds. She is good around cats and dogs.
